Terms & Conditions for Participants
1. No Alcohol, Smoking, or Tobacco: Strictly prohibited during the event. Anyone found consuming or possessing them will be expelled without a refund.
2. Medical Conditions: If you have any medical issues (past or present), inform the organizers before the trek.
3. Dress Code: No half pants. Wear ¾ or track pants for comfort. Avoid jeans. Wear shoes with a good grip.
4. Follow all safety rules. The organizers are not responsible for any illness or medical issues.
5. Liability: Organizers are not responsible for injuries, accidents, death, loss, or damage to valuables/luggage.
6. Adventure Risks: Trekking involves uncertainties, delays, basic food, and outdoor stays. Comfort is not guaranteed.
7. Behavior Guidelines: No loudspeakers, damaging property, disturbing nature, or creating a nuisance.
8. Cancellation & Refund:
4 days before the trek: 50% refund(excludes process & platform fee)
1 day before the trek: No refund
9. Legal Agreement: Participants (18+ or legal guardians for minors) must acknowledge and agree to these terms.
